You can find hundreds of articles on how to buy in bulk, stock up on deals, and use coupons to save money, but does that immediately translate into eating healthy to save money? The answer is simply no, unless you are buying the healthiest foods in bulk and on sale. Here is a list of what you can do:
In addition to adopting healthy eating habits and saving money on shopping, you need to question items that you might have been held in the high standard only to find out they were not as healthy as you might have thought them to be. These items include, but are not limited to, sugary drinks, heavily processed deli meats, hydrogenated fats, etc. As a rule, your goal is to honor your physical being, take care of your health, and refuse to pollute it with unhealthy choices. It can. e easy to indulge every now and then, but once you develop a clean taste pallet for healthy foods, you may soon discover that unhealthy food choices have lost their appeal as a source of enjoyment.
