How to Use the Learning Mastery Gradebook

Introduction

Once you create outcomes and add them to a rubric, you can use the Learning Mastery Gradebook to evaluate your students' progress toward mastery. This page will provide you with information on how to enable and use the Learning Mastery Gradebook.

Enable the Learning Mastery Gradebook

The Learning Mastery Gradebook must be enabled before use. Follow the steps below to enable it in your course:

  1. From the Course Navigation, click the Settings link.
  2. Click the Feature Options tab.
  3. Locate the Learning Mastery Gradebook feature and use the toggle button to turn it on.

 

Use the Learning Mastery Gradebook to view student progress

Once you enable the Learning Mastery Gradebook, it will default to show all students in your course at the same time. You also have the options to view students individually.
