Module Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of this module is to help you utilize Canvas Groups with students. You will learn about Canvas Group Tools and how you can teach your students how to use them. You will also find suggestions for how to monitor and encourage student participation.

Please note that this module does not include how to create or manage Canvas Groups. For more information about group set up, see Module 5 in the Canvas Learning Path.
