World Campus Learning Design's Accessibility Team is here to help you. If you are a member of WCLD, please use Workfront to submit an Accessibility Request Links to an external site. or, for shorter questions, ask on the #accessibility channel in Teams. If you work for another design unit, please email umg-wd.ldaccessibility@psu.edu and let us know what type of consultation you need. The WCLD Accessibility Team offers the following services.

Evaluations and Testing

• evaluations of the first few lessons of a new course
• course reviews (proactive or for accommodation needs)
• evaluation and testing of course technologies
• development of Equally Effective Alternative Action Plans (EEAAP)
• consultation on assignment design
• screen-reader testing

Content

• creating enhanced transcripts
• testing and advising on interactive elements
• writing complex image descriptions
• redesigning complex tables
• enhancing the accessibility of documents (such as PDFs and Word documents)
• advising on math code workflows
