Create, Send, and Analyze a Form

Use Google Forms to create and customize surveys, quizzes, registration forms, and more! Once your form is created, you can share a link to allow others to fill out the form, or even embed the form into a webpage. You can look at individual results, overall trends, or all responses in an automatically generated Google Sheet.
