Make Media Available to Students in Canvas
There are two ways to make media available to students in your Canvas course:
- Embedding individual pieces of media in multiple locations within course pages, discussions, and other areas of your course
- Uploading multiple media items to a single location within your Course Media Gallery.
Embed Media in a Course
Kaltura media can be embedded in context anywhere the Canvas Rich Content Editor appears in your course, including pages, modules, announcements, discussions, and more.
Manage the Course Media Gallery
Set up your course media gallery to meet your needs: adjust settings to approve student contributions to the course gallery, allow students to conduct threaded conversations on media via the commenting feature, and organize your content with playlists.
