Microsoft Forms can be used to create a form or quiz. Both features offer a variety of customization options. This module will show you how to craft a form or quiz in preparation for sharing and collecting results.
Create a Form and Add Questions
A form can be created using Forms, OneNote, OneDrive, or Excel.

Microsoft 365 and its applications are not approved by Penn State University for the storage of “High” or “Restricted” information. Penn State’s Policy AD95 establishes guidelines for information classification and handling within the University.
