Add and Share Group Files
When you add files to a Group “library," they are accessible to all members by default. You can share these files with Group and non-Group members by sending attachments or links.
Upload Files to a Library
Access the files library by going to your group in Outlook (on the left navigation pane) and click Files on the ribbon.
