Collaborate in Real Time
Microsoft Teams offers several ways to collaborate and meet with others in real time. You can instantly start a video conference with Team members or schedule a meeting in the future. There are a variety of ways you can collaborate with your Team or an audience live, in real time.
NOTE: Instant meetings/video conferencing are only available in the Teams desktop app.
Schedule and Manage a Meeting in Teams
Your Outlook calendar is connected to your Teams calendar. When you schedule a meeting in Outlook, it will show up in Teams, and vice versa. You can also adjust your meeting options to enable certain capabilities during a meeting. You can change the settings and options to affect how participants engage and interact.
