You can share and set permission levels on your OneNote notebooks for collaboration. In this module, you will learn some of the options available for sharing and collaborating on OneNote notebooks as well as Class Notebooks.
OneNote offers sharing and collaboration features to allow users to work together, view, and edit pages, sections, or entire notebooks.
Share a Notebook Using OneDrive or a Link
If you save your notebook in OneDrive, you can quickly share it with others and determine the appropriate level of permission for viewing or editing contents.

Share a Page via Email
You may want to simply email a page of a notebook to someone rather than sharing the entire notebook.

Password Protect Your Notebook Sections
When you share a notebook, there may be sections that you wish to secure. You can set a password on notebook sections that prohibit viewing unless the password is entered.
