Access and Install Zoom
Take the following steps to ensure you have access to all of Zoom’s features and tools available through your Penn State Enterprise account.
Activate Your Account and Update Your Profile

- NOTE: When you upload a profile picture, your picture will be displayed if you choose not to turn on your webcam in a Zoom Meeting.
Download the Zoom Desktop Application and Select Recommended Settings
The Zoom desktop application is a one-time download that does not require administrative rights to download and install on your computer. Downloading and installing the desktop application in advance of your session will help you have the best possible Zoom meeting or webinar experience.

- Sign in to the Zoom Desktop Application and Select Settings

Sign in and Select Personal Settings
After downloading the Zoom desktop application, follow the steps to sign in with your Penn State Access Account User ID and password. Then, take a moment to adjust your personal settings in advance of your session.
