You can create a webinar with registration or without registration. If you are using registration, you can use Zoom’s default webinar registration questions or customize the registration process by creating your own. You can also have Zoom automatically approve all registrants or you can manually approve each registration.

Invite Attendees and Add Panelists
In a webinar, you can add panelists in advance of the webinar or promote an attendee to a panelist during a webinar. Panelist are full participants in a meeting, and can enable their audio and video, screen share, and annotate.
NOTE: Before promoting an attendee to a co-host, you must first promote them to a panelist.
