- NOTE: Assign a person to schedule meetings on your behalf. For example, assign scheduling privileges to an administrative assistant or an instructional designer so they can schedule meetings for you.
- Designating an Alternative Host

- NOTE: An alternative host is someone you want to host the meeting if you are not there. For example, if you are out sick, your alternative host can start and host your meeting if they have the meeting id and the join URL. There is no limit to the number of alternative hosts you can add to your meetings.
