Schedule a Zoom Room for Your Meeting

Booking a Zoom Room requires a calendar integration, allowing faculty and staff to schedule a Zoom Room through the Microsoft 365 Calendar. When a calendar is integrated with a Zoom Room, the room's display, controller, and scheduling display can show the meeting schedule for the room. Zoom Rooms can be scheduled by inviting the room's calendar resource to the meeting. This allows users to start and join meetings in the Zoom Room with one touch. Most Zoom Rooms already have an administrator assigned and are already integrated in the Microsoft Outlook Calendar System at Penn State as part of the initial installation.
