Now let's take a look at the page you will land on upon selecting the Student Home Base view—the Home Page.   You can think of this page as a kind of hub where much of the information about you as a student can be found. This is where you can find information on your current schedule, grades from previous semesters, and notifications of any messages or upcoming items on your To Do List.

Please be sure that you pay attention to the notifications that you see on this page. The holds and items on your To Do List can prevent you from completing important actions like registering for your courses if left undone, so it's important for you to take action on them as soon as possible. To view more information on the holds on your account or to take action on your to-do tasks, you can select either the View Holds or the Complete Tasks buttons associated with these areas.

One of the notifications that will populate here quite often is the Pre-Registration Activity Guide. This guide consists of a collection of tasks that need to be verified or updated every semester that you take classes at Penn State. You will need to complete this verification every semester prior to enrolling, so be sure to complete the guide when you're notified that it's available to you.

The Home Page also contains a Quick Links box, which provides you with immediate access to pertinent areas of LionPATH as well as commonly used student systems, like your Penn State email and Canvas.
