The World Campus Student Portal serves as a gateway to a multitude of resources, allowing you to access vital information and services from one centralized location. Visit the Student Portal here Links to an external site., and once you've logged in with your access ID and password, you'll be taken from the general welcome page to a customized site that reflects several aspects of your student profile. Your current schedule is shown here as well as a schedule of courses that you've registered for in upcoming semesters. These schedules contain links to your active courses and to the catalog descriptions of those that haven't begun. You'll also find links to your Penn State e-mail, LionPATH, and Canvas.  There's even a link to the World Campus HelpDesk if you're experiencing technical difficulties.

Along with your course schedule and links to some of your most frequently accessed systems, the Student Portal is also a great place to stay current on upcoming events at World Campus. The Calendar section of the page will provide you with the dates of events taking place for World Campus students in the near future. These dates will typically be accompanied by a link that will direct you to a description of the event and a sign up if applicable.

Another section of the Student Portal that will help you stay current is the feed for the World Campus Blog. Here you will find timely articles written about topics of interest to World Campus students. The blog is a great place to learn about new programs and initiatives at World Campus. You can even read interviews and commentary from some of the staff you'll be interacting with. It affords you a wonderful chance to get to know more about the folks who are here to help you.

The A–Z Index

One very important segment of the Student Portal is the A–Z Index Links to an external site.. This index is a fantastic resource to help you cut through the clutter of acronyms and abbreviations so often found in higher education. The answers to many frequently asked questions can be found in this index, lined up alphabetically for your convenience.
