One tool that some of the offices use at World Campus is called Starfish. For example, many of the academic advisers and transfer credit specialists use the Starfish system, making up a portion of your success network. If a staff member utilizes this system, you can see their contact information and access an interactive calendar that displays the times that they have available to meet with you.  You can even schedule or change an appointment on this calendar in real time. If someone from your degree program uses Starfish, you'll be contacted by a staff member to assist you in creating your first appointment.
