Penn State Go app and IT Service Desk usage stats shown in rounded text boxes

Fun Facts Alt Text

The image shows two fun facts for Penn State IT Support presented in stylized shapes. On the left, a rounded teal rectangle includes promotional text for Penn State Go, the university’s official mobile app. It highlights that the app offers 27 unique user experiences for Penn State audiences, including University Park, Commonwealth Campuses, World Campus, faculty, staff, alumni, and families. The app integrates features such as LionPATH, Canvas, Starfish, campus maps, and Mobile id+. Since its 2020 launch, it has been downloaded over 350,000 times. Over 85% of students use it weekly, with many using it daily to order food, check grades, access courses, view library resources, and stay updated on events. On the right, a gray starburst shape provides a statistic about the Penn State IT Service Desk, which receives around 125,000 contacts annually from Penn Staters worldwide. The design uses a combination of white and blue text against teal and gray backgrounds, with clear distinctions between the two sections.
