"Activity Insight is an online software tool designed to help faculty members collect, organize, and display their data for the purposes of annual reviews, promotion and tenure, faculty web profiles, accreditations, and more. It is a centrally funded resource that is aimed at providing an easier, more efficient way for colleges and campuses to manage large reporting processes in a less time-consuming fashion. The system is supported by the University Libraries, Libraries Strategic Technologies department and the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs."

Activity Insight Training - University wide zoom training is offered during the third week of the Fall and Spring semesters. Check the training schedule for future dates and times. You can also review this page for College specific User Guides and previously recorded training videos.
Activity Insight FAQs - We have collected a lot of common frequently asked questions about the system and how to do specific things. If you have an FAQ that you would like to see added, please, let us know.
Activity Insight contact information - You can reach out to our team from the Activity Insight Support page, you can email us directly at ai-support@psu.edu, or you can ask a question in the Activity Insight Support Help Teams channel, lastly, you can use our form to open ServiceNow ticket. We are available Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (closed during university holidays and closures).
