Accelerate to Industry (A2i)
Penn State’s talented graduate students take a deep dive into disciplinary studies honing their research, critical thinking, creative, and analytical skills. Our graduates are positioned to become the next generation of leaders in their future careers. To help graduate students explore career opportunities beyond the academy and to prepare them for success in their future careers, the Fox Graduate School launched an innovative career development program - Accelerate to IndustryTM (A2i).
What is A2i?
The core of the A2i framework is built on synergistic academic-industry partnerships that bring the company perspective to the fore. Industry partners provide input to shape and tailor programing that best addresses employer needs. Graduate students can participate in a range of programming opportunities allowing them to engage with industry professionals at critical points during their graduate careers and build personal relationships with future employers.
