They are here to ensure that you effectively balance your own health and well-being with the academic demands of Penn State.

Finding a supportive community and participating in activities during graduate school where you can be yourself beyond your graduate program is also important for your health and well-being. Penn State has a wide variety of communities organized through Student Affairs, by students, and by individuals in the local communities that allow virtually everyone to find their place. We encourage each student to reach out and find those connections.
