OneNote

OneNote allows you to create virtual tabbed notebooks to organize your work. Organizationally, the notebooks look and function much like a physical binder. You have access to OneNote through your Penn State Office 365 account, so you can access your notebooks from any device, at any time.

Through OneNote, you can:

  • store and annotate web pages, PDFs, documents, and PowerPoints in one place
  • sketch and store handwritten notes with a stylus (or by uploading scanned paper copies)
  • create and manage lists
  • use speech recognition tools to record and transcribe oral notes
  • share work and collaborate with others
