Access and Manage Someone Else's Email/Calendar
If you have been given either editor or delegate access, you can schedule a meeting on the calendar of the person who gave you those permissions. If you have been given delegate access, you can respond to meeting invitations and write emails on behalf of the person who gave you those permissions.

You can add the person’s mailbox you manage to your Outlook account so you can access it easily.

Delegates: Send or Respond to a Meeting Request or Email on Behalf of Another Person
You must click on the mailbox or calendar of the person you manage before scheduling meetings or sending emails.
