The waiver must be completed every fall semester in LionPATH Links to an external site.– even if you start in the spring or summer semester.
New Graduate Assistants, Graduate Fellows, and Graduate Trainees must add dependents and/or decline benefits, if applicable, in Workday Links to an external site. when they are hired. Reappointed Graduate Assistants, Graduate Fellows, and Graduate Trainees benefit elections will carry over to the new academic year. If you wish to make changes to previous benefit elections, you will need to do so on Workday prior to that semester’s enrollment deadline.”
